Sea No Evil Pieces – Wheatpasting
I really haven’t done any wheatpasting before, well, this is more wall paper glue, but still. So I figured I would take a stab at it for the upcoming Sea No Evil Show in Riverside California. These are print on a thick compressed wood board 18 inches by 24 inches. Mostly a mixture of glue, spray paint, and prints. Once done, I’ll order some really nice frames for them and see if that helps sexy them up. However, these pieces are really testers, so once I fine tune my desired effect, I’ll post better photos.
I will probably do a couple of my standard screen prints up in this fashion. Maybe tear them up a little and end explore this technique a little more.
